60-minute consultation – $220
This includes 45–50 minutes of one-on-one time and 10–15 minutes for clinical notes and admin.Minimum session length: 30 minutes.
Cancellation. A fee of $60 applies for sessions not attended. Cancellation or changes to session times need to be arranged at least 24 hours prior to session.

If you’re eligible for Medicare, ask your GP for a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP).
This plan initially gives you access 6 sessions per calendar year with a rebate of $145 per session. Your GP can consider to increase this with another 4 sessions.
Your GP need to provide the referral directly to Pieter Psychology. It must include a copy of the MHCP.

If you’re claiming through TAC or NDIS:
Please ask your case manager to arrange the referral before your first session.
Pieter is a registered provider with both organisations.

Letters, reports, or memoranda
These are charged separately and will be discussed with you in your first session if required.Forensic and Criminal Justice Consultations
These have a separate fee structure. Please discuss this at your first session or have your solicitor contact Pieter directly.Please note that Medicare do not fund clinical assessments and report writing. This needs to be discussed with me prior to engaging in this task
